You can verify any contractor's license at cslb.ca.gov. We recommend always checking this before hiring anyone for work over $500.

We handle the entire permitting process for most of our clients, including coordinating with our network of licensed architects and designers for plan drawings, submitting everything to LADBS, managing plan check, and scheduling all inspections through to your final Certificate of Occupancy. You have one point of contact and we take it off your plate completely.

That said, some homeowners prefer to owner-pull their own permits, and that's absolutely an option in California. If you go that route, we're happy to work alongside you and your architect. We'll make sure the construction side aligns with whatever is approved on your plans.
